You own all the financial data you enter into MyHishob. We do not claim any rights over your personal or financial information. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyHishob is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The app is a personal finance tracking tool and does not constitute financial advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The individual developer of MyHishob shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
